All online orders will be shipped using UPS Ground service. For all other shipping methods, please call us at 541-479-7777 and select option 1 Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm PST or email info@pacificbotanicals.com.

Expedited Shipping ($100 minimum for call-in)

If you wish to have your order shipped by an expedited service (e.g. overnight, or 2nd day air) please call your order in by 9 a.m. PST, Monday - Friday, 541-479-7777, and select option 2. There will be a $20.00 per box additional charge to move your order to the front of the packing schedule.

Shipping Fresh Herbs

Fresh herbs and flowers (anything above ground) are generally shipped using UPS Next Day Air. Fresh roots and berries will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. All are packed with reusable ice packs @ $.75 each. Ice packs, clean and dry with no holes, can be returned for a $.75 credit to your account.

Please note: You may only receive a one- or two-day notice for shipment. We cannot precisely determine when we will harvest; it’s based on the herb’s stage of growth, sunshine, and weather conditions.

How Soon Can I Expect My Order?

We are first and foremost a working farm so we can't guarantee any ship time frames. During certain times of the year, it could take up to seven workdays to pack and ship your order. During the summer months it is peak time of year for bringing in and processing our own crops. If you need something by a certain date, please let us know and we'll do our best. We thank you for understanding and appreciate your patience!

Restrictions

If you are shipping to California, Hawaii, or Arizona, please contact your local agricultural authorities to see if there are any regulations regarding the importation of plant material. Although we try to stay informed about changing shipping regulations, the consumer is responsible for complying with shipping restrictions. We cannot be responsible for any delays or rejections of products crossing into these states. We must receive proper shipping and labeling instructions from the shipper and/or customer if applicable.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping for online orders. If you have an international order, please call us at 541-479-7777 and select option 2, fax your order to 541-479-7780, or email info@pacificbotanicals.com.

Problems Shipping?

Sometimes personal e-mail servers have special permissions that prevent online order access for security reasons. If this is the case, try a different web browser, a different computer, or simply call us at 541-479-7777 and select option 2 for more help.

Pacific Botanicals does its best to manage information updates and pricing changes on our literature and website. Shipping costs may not be accurate at all times. Final pricing is determined at the time the order is placed into our order entry system.

Return Policy for Dry Herbs

Please note: Product cannot be returned without prior consent.

If your product arrives damaged by the shipper, please notify the shipper and Pacific Botanicals immediately. We will file a claim with the shipper and send a replacement promptly.

    • Claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice.
    • Up to a 10% restocking fee may be applied depending on the reason for the return.
    • Collect return shipments will not be accepted without prior authorization.
    • All shipping charges associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the customer (unless Pacific Botanicals made an error).
    • Claims for returned products must be for the original weight and in the original packaging.
    • We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed, blended, or otherwise formulated with other ingredients.

Shortages

All claims of discrepancies or shortages must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Any request for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 30 days.

Infestation

All natural botanicals and other food items such as herbs can be subject to insects. Pacific Botanicals uses several control methods to prevent infestation. These include freezing the herb, pheromone traps, and electronic and sonic devices to repel/kill the insects. While we do our best to control these pests, this does not mean that the material will stay pest-free after it is delivered to you.

We suggest that you follow good storage guidelines (store herbs in a cool, dry environment). If you happen to find a minor insect infestation, freeze the material immediately at a temperature of 0-10 degrees Fahrenheit (generally what your home freezer temperatures will be set at) for at least 72 hours. This should kill the insects and/or their larvae.

Pacific Botanicals will offer a refund for any items found to contain pests within the 30-day period. Any items infested after this period will become the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds are available only for the dollar value of the material purchased from Pacific Botanicals and we will not be liable for any other expenses incurred as a result of infestation.
