Organic Dried Herbs Grown with Purpose Since 1979
At Pacific Botanicals, we believe the quality of our organic herbs begins long before harvest. It starts with healthy soil, carefully selected seed, responsible farming practices, and a commitment to doing things the right way season after season. Since 1979, we have grown and supplied premium dried herbs from our farm in Oregon's Applegate Valley, building lasting relationships with herbalists, manufacturers, retailers, educators, and botanical enthusiasts who value quality and transparency.
Today, our collection of herbal offerings reflects more than 45 years of farming experience and a philosophy that places stewardship of the land alongside exceptional botanical quality. Whether you're purchasing in small quantities or sourcing ingredients for larger production, you can trust that every product represents our commitment to thoughtful cultivation, careful handling, and dependable consistency.
Dry Herbs Rooted in Regenerative Agriculture
Our approach to growing organic herbs has always been about more than meeting industry standards. In 2023, we became a Regenerative Organic Certified® herb farm at the Silver level, a milestone that recognizes our ongoing commitment to soil health, responsible farming practices, and social responsibility beyond traditional organic certification.
Regenerative farming influences every decision we make. Approximately half of our acreage is dedicated to perennial cover crops before fields return to production, helping restore nutrients naturally while supporting healthier soil over time. We also rotate crops, minimize tillage, enrich our fields with compost, and restore native habitats through out our property to encourage biodiversity and protect our local ecosystem.
These practices don't simply benefit the farm today—they help ensure we can continue growing premium dried herbs for generations to come.
Growing Organic Herbs with Integrity
Every farm develops its own way of doing things. Ours has been refined over decades of experience and guided by one simple philosophy: if we can grow it ourselves, we want to ensure integrity along every step of its journey.
More than 75% of the herbs we cultivate begin with seed collected right here on our farm. By maintaining our own seed stock, we preserve genetic consistency while avoiding uncertainty from unknown parent lineages.
For the organic herbs we don't grow ourselves, we partner with carefully selected certified organic farms around the world that have been pre-qualified to meet our sourcing standards. These long-standing relationships allow us to expand our catalog while maintaining the quality our customers expect.
Our goal isn't simply to offer a wide selection of dry herbs—it's to ensure everything we offer reflects the same commitment to responsible sourcing and exceptional quality.
Carefully Harvested, Expertly Prepared
Producing premium dried herbs requires careful attention throughout the harvest and drying process. Timing matters. Handling matters. Every step influences the appearance, aroma, texture, and consistency of the finished botanical.
Our team harvests each crop with care before preparing it for drying using methods designed to preserve the natural qualities of the plant. The result is a diverse collection of organic herbs available in whole, cut, and powdered forms to support a variety of professional and personal applications.
With more than 300 botanical products available across fresh, dried, whole, cut, and powdered formats, we strive to make it easy for customers to find exactly what they need while maintaining the same high standards across every product we offer.
Quality You Can See—and Standards You Can Trust
For us, quality isn't something that's inspected only at the end of production. It's built into every stage of our operation.
Pacific Botanicals follows extensive documented quality processes covering growing, receiving, processing, packing, and shipping. Every non-farm supplier is reviewed before entering our supply chain, and every batch is fully traceable from the field to final shipment.
Along with our Regenerative Organic Certified® status, we are USDA Certified Organic through Oregon Tilth, and almost all of our products are Earth Kosher certified. These certifications and verification processes give our customers confidence that the dry herbs they receive are exactly what they expect.
A Diverse Selection of Dried Herbs
Our catalog includes a broad variety of dried herbs, from familiar culinary and aromatic botanicals to roots, flowers, leaves, berries, and specialty herbs. We continually work to provide a comprehensive selection while maintaining the growing and sourcing standards that define Pacific Botanicals.
Many of our herbs are also available as Regenerative Organic Certified® products, giving customers additional options when selecting ingredients for their business or personal projects. As our farm continues to grow, we remain committed to maintaining both our regenerative offerings and a selection of premium organic herbs.
Supporting Customers from Small Orders to Wholesale Programs
Whether you're purchasing herbs for your own workshop or sourcing ingredients at scale, we're committed to providing the same level of service and attention.
We offer online ordering, wholesale opportunities for qualifying customers, international shipping, and knowledgeable customer support to help answer questions about our products and ordering process. Our team works closely with customers across a wide range of industries, building relationships that often span many years.
As the sister company of Herb Pharm, we're proud to contribute to a longstanding tradition of growing and supplying premium organic herbs with care, consistency, and integrity.
From Our Farm to Yours
Everything we do at Pacific Botanicals reflects our belief that exceptional dried herbs begin with responsible stewardship. From collecting seed on our farm and improving soil through regenerative practices to documenting every batch that leaves our facility, we're committed to producing dried herbal offerings with transparency at every stage.
Our guiding philosophy, "Regenerate the Land, Rejuvenate the People," continues to shape our work more than four decades after we first began growing organic herbs in Southern Oregon.
When you choose Pacific Botanicals, you're choosing a farm with more than 45 years of experience, a commitment to regenerative agriculture, and a passion for producing organic herbs that reflect the care, craftsmanship, and respect we bring to the land every day. Whether you're exploring our collection for the first time or returning as a longtime customer, we're proud to provide dried herbs that embody the values our farm has upheld since 1979.
